At the heart of SitFit is a simple aim: to feel good in our physical health and wellbeing and, connected with others.

We provide live, chair-based “on-line” movement classes, designed for people of all levels and abilities – whether looking to improve mobility, flexibility and strength or, just keeping active.

Our sessions are more than just exercise. They’re shared experiences. Each class is delivered in real time, creating a sense of belonging and connection that goes beyond the screen.

Our expert instructors bring energy, encouragement, and an understanding to every session -helping members feel supported, comfortable, and confident. No previous experience is required.

Alongside our classes, we have the The SitFit Club – A free online community.
